Rastech is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Platform Role (Marketplace Disclaimer)

Rastech is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers and sellers.

• We do not manufacture, own, or directly sell most products listed
• We act as an intermediary platform
• Product listings, descriptions, and pricing are provided by sellers

However, we implement measures to promote trust, including seller verification and dispute resolution.

6. Buyer Terms

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information
• Pay for orders placed
• Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability
• Payments may be made via approved methods (card, transfer, USSD, etc.)
• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise

Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Returns & Refunds

7. Seller (Vendor) Terms

By registering as a seller, you agree to:

Seller Fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

9. Intellectual Property

• Website design
• Text, graphics, and software

is owned by or licensed to Rastech and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
